New Year, New Hope

As we look forward to the upcoming political year, I think that there is a lot conservatives can look forward to. For one, we know that our "HOPE" is not in big government programs, federal intervention into our lives, or nationalizing everything. We know that the real "Change that we can believe in" is in the American people and in the conservative values which our country was founded on. We know that we can place our "Hope" in true Constitutional values.

Gone are the days where we can just stand by and trust in our politicians to lead our country down the correct path. Now is the time that we must act and continue to help grow the conservative movement which is slowly gaining ground in this country. We must contribute in any way that we can. We must fulfill our civic duties by reading the Constitution, informing our representatives of our view points and speaking out for families and conservative values.

Also, we need to carefully select which Representatives which will stand up for what is right. We must find politicians who can not be bought or bribed but will have integrity. If they cannot be found, when possible we must stand up offer our services. Now is the time to fight against the tide of corruption. If we do this 2010 will be a year that we can have "HOPE" in.

  1. Hey Nance-- you are an example to us all! Thanks for standing up for what you believe in! It so easy to lose hope in our government sometimes, but we do need to remember that if we don't like something or don't agree with something, we shouldn't just sit around and complain we should do what we can to make the difference we are looking for!
